At Anna Willans Physiotherapy, my focus is always on the person in front of me. I work with you to understand your symptoms and goals, creating realistic, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to your needs.

I'm a physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, including extensive NHS work as a lead physiotherapist in Bexley MSK services, specialising in orthopaedics, rheumatology, pain management, and clinical education.

I enjoy helping people understand their symptoms and work together on the best treatment options. I use manual therapy as a gateway to understanding how the body works and to enable optimal function. I have experience treating musculoskeletal conditions affecting the whole body. Having worked privately at a climbing centre and being a keen runner, tennis player, and sportswoman, I have in-depth knowledge of multiple sporting injuries and and aim to get people back to their peak performance.

Whether it's post-operative rehabilitation, work-related conditions, persistent pain, sporting injuries,or preventative care, I provide personalised physiotherapy to help you recover, move better, and stay active.
